Music fans all-over the world is anticipating the 52nd Grammy Awards which will be held on January 31, 2010. Aside from the actual awards, audience will also be entertained by performances from today’s top artists. As of this writing, the list of performers includes Lady Gaga, who has 5 nominations : Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Dance Recording for Poker Face, Album of the Year and Best Electronic/Dance Album for The Fame.

Teen country music sensation Taylor Swift who performed last year with Miley Cyrus is also set to perform in the awards night. She is one of this year’s big nominees with a total of 8 nominations : Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for the song Breathe (with Colbie Caillat), Best Female Country Vocal Performance, Best Country Song for White Horse and Best Country Album.

Other performers includes fellow Album of the year nominees Beyonce who got 10 nominations, the Black Eyed Peas and The Dave Matthews Band, and other nominees Green Day, Maxwell, the Zac Brown Band, Lady Antebellum and Pink.

The big night will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be aired on CBS from 8 to 11:30 pm. The show will be supported on radio via Westwood One worldwide, and covered online at GRAMMY.com and CBS.com, and on YouTube.
